The Role
Involves the overall management and day-to-day running of small-to-medium sized home unit blocks and townhouse complexes as well as liaising with Executive Committee members and other owners as and when required

Skills Required

  You MUST be able to

• co-ordinate and oversee ongoing, multiple activities and projects with minimal supervision
• follow through to completion all activities and projects undertaken within clearly defined deadlines
• communicate with anyone on all levels
• handle conflict resolutions effectively, yet diplomatically
• manage and fulfill customer expectations
• make accuracy and attention to detail a top priority in everything you do
• apply a commonsense approach to problem solving

Training
Training in all aspects of Strata Management will be provided
